The cover works GREAT compared to regular covers – easy to lift. PLUS GREAT GREAT SERVICE – we are in Canada, had a cool weather sealing problem due to the design of Arctic Spa (blank spots for speakers) – one phone call they’ve sent a sealing kit and foam – even though, the issue isn’t even theirs, its the hot tub manufacturer!! I’m also looking forward to never having a water logged cover (ours never made it past 8 months)
