I wanted to compliment Leslea Warnock at Smartop! Great Customer Support and follow thru. We have owned many of the “Foam Hot Tub Tops” and the Smartop is a world above. We only had a issue after 9 mo. of the foam insert covering the hinge coming out and Leslea told us how to submit for a new insert under warranty and gave easy to follow instructions on how we could replace it ourselves.
