I inherited my hot tub and it came with the smart cover. It has been wonderful! When we first got our tub we had it worked on and the repair man explained what a good cover it was.At the time we didn’t recognize it for what it was, but we have since. We have had our tub for 2 years and the cover is great.It does a great job at retaining the heat and it is very easy to open and close. About 6 months ago I notices the hinge covering in the middle was wearing out. I reached out to Leslea at Smarttop and she sent me new parts, free of charge to fix it. She was so responsive and wonderful to work with. During the process of fixing the hinge cover I miss calculated the width and the cover kept slipping, I was able to send Smarttop pictures and they helped me trouble shoot the problem and sent me out another part for free to fix it. They are an amazing company to work with. Smarttop is guaranteed for life and they are true to that promise.
